On April 26th I will be running 26.2 miles in the Flora London Marathon. I am in the middle of a lot of hard training at the moment and am aiming for a time of 3hrs 15 mins.

I have chosen to raise money for Christian Aid, a development agency that aims to eradicate poverty around the world. Christian Aid works with some of the world's poorest people, of all faiths and none. It helps communities to work their way out of poverty, speaks out against injstice and helps campaigns for change. This charity is also one that was very close to the heart of my Dad and he will be at the forefront of my mind during the race.

If you will be in London on the day, let me know where you will be along the course and I will look out for you as I run around.
