I know it's difficult round Christmas and especially with the 'credit crunch' this year, but illness obviously doesn't follow the financial market.  I'll be running 5K dressed in a Santa outfit along with several thousand others in Liverpool trying to regain the world record for most Santas in one place at one time and raising money for charity.
