Basically I am running the 'Tough Guy' endurance event in January.

It is an eight mile 'country marathon' followed by a two mile assault cause including razor wire, fire, electric shocks, frozen lakes and rivers and thigh deep mud pits throughout.  It's on the last weekend of January and will be therefore be absolutely freezing as well.

It's all on behalf of Help For Heroes who provide help to injured servicemen/women and veterans of the British Armed Forces.
