I am one of a group of 70 terrific people who are running to raise money for our wonderful charity, Contact the Elderly.  www.contact-the-elderly.org.uk We offer a lifeline for socially isolated older people and organise Sunday afternoon tea parties and friendship on a monthly basis UK wide. Apart from donating you may wish to become involved as a driver or host or both. Please let me know and I will be delighted to send you literature and an application form. I can assure you that you will have so much fun and will change the lives of many old people by volunteering.
