Hi, thanks for coming!

Last year I ran The Great South Run in a time of 1 hour, 39 minutes and 32 seconds. I raised £1,780.50 for Cancer Research.

This year, not only am I going to beat this crazy time, I'm also going to beat the amount that I raised and this is where you come in...
