Hi!

Well about 8 or so weeks ago I decided I would start running outside again, must have been a nice day or something!, but then along came a request to run the Great South on the 28th Oct (10 miles don't you know!) for Round Table Chldren's wish and I though great, I'll give it a go!  I figured it's good to have a goal!

I've really enjoyed my training but must admit I'm not as confident as I would like to be as I haven't done the distance or as much as I would have liked before the big race, however, I'm looking forward to it. 

Last year apparently the weather was awful so it would be great if I was also running in the knowledge that I've raised a bit of money for some little uns to have some treats this Christmas - therefore if you feel able to sponsor me a couple of quid I would be most grateful!!
