Well, most of you know me as 'Debs, the girl who talks before she thinks' and this is a prime example of that....
I entered this year's London Triathlon (sprint distance), my very first triathlon, which takes place at the ExCel Centre on 1 August 2009.
But, to help keep me focused & motivated, I have decided to raise money for London's Air Ambulance.
London's Air Ambulance.It plays such a vital role in bringing the hospital to the patient, in as quick a time as possible. Without it, major trauma patients stand less of a chance of survival due to the amount of time it might take an ambulance to reach them.
