Fundraising for Dreams Come True
Story
Hi,
On November 7, I will be running the New York City marathon. This is the dream of a lifetime. I have been training hard to improve my personal best and do it in less than 4 hours; but my ultimate goal is to raise as much money as possible for Dreams Come True (www.dctc.org.uk).
Dreams Come True is a charity that helps seriously and terminally ill children to realize their dreams. With a family of my own (4 kids, live and kicking!), children are close to my heart; that's why I have chosen to support the action of Dreams Come True.
Nothing happens unless first a dream. Helping seriously and terminally ill children to turn their dreams into reality gives them hope and the courage to fight.
