I loved competing in the Portsmouth 5k in June 07 so much, that I decided to take it one step further.  Although this time it means that I will need to train a lot harder, and attempt to run it this time, not jog!

Everyone that I have met seems to know someone who has had Cancer, so this is for a truly worthy cause which can affect us all.   

I am fortunate that my Nan, Aunty Linda and cousin Teresa are all survivors.
