Hello there!

Welcome to my 2008 Fundraising page. This year I am supporting the British Heart Foundation, the UK's main heart disease charity.  Heart disease is one of the UK's biggest killers, affecting many thousands of people just like you.

To that end on Saturday 5 January I am running a half-marathon in Tromso, Norway, well above the Arctic Circle and in conditions of sub-zero cold and snowy darkness.
