Story

 THE CHALLENGE : 300KM IN 30 DAYS

Starting on the 18th May 2020 I am going to attempt to run 300km in 30 days which is more than the distance between Sheffield and London! It's going to be massive challenge for me and will be completed in 10km stints with no days off.

THE TARGET : RAISE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FOR RAIN RESCUE

I have chosen to run for a charity which is really close to my heart, Rain Rescue. They are a small charity  that is going through an especially difficult time in current public health crisis. They receive no government funding and all there planned fundraising has had to be cancelled.

We adopted our Chocolate Labrador Lottie from them back in 2017 and I know first hand what amazing work they do for the animals in their care. 300km is the least I can do for these unsung heroes!

Thank-you, and wish me luck!

Love, Frank xxx
