We fund research into muscle-wasting to improve the lives of everyone affected.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online, for my swim with sharks.... be it pennies or pounds, it all helps.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Muscular Dystrophy Campaign will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

In March this year my 5 year old 'little devil' was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a progressive muscle wasting condition. Researchers may be on the brink of treatments and even a cure, but need vital funds to continue their work. It really is a race against time for my son, and countless other sufferers.
For info on DMD the MDC website is
www.muscular-dystrophy.org
I am doing a sponsored swim with sharks, (no, not little ones.... HUGE ones, at the Blue Planet Aquarium, Ellesmere Port) in an attempt to raise funds for this wonderful charity, every penny counts in our race against time. My sons future CAN be changed, we need treatment, we need a cure.... and YOU can help.

So please sponsor me now!
EVERY PENNY COUNTS, PLEASE JUST GIVE WHAT YOU CAN.... EVERY SINGLE PENNY IS MOST GRATEFULLY RECEIVED Many thanks for your kind support.
