The geography of Cornwall often means that it  a challenge to get a trained Paramedic response to any area of the county within 3 minutes.  The latest innovation with Automatic External Defibrillators is the Public Access Device that is located in a secure cabinet that is accessible to all members of the public 24 hours a day.
