Another year gone and a load more people lost to this terrible disease, but even more are still here thanks to the work of Cancer Research UK.

Yes folks, the kids, Pete (maybe) and I are off on our stroll around Kew Gardens (5k) in our annual bid to raise money for this great charity.  I know times are tough, but really every little helps. Last year we raised £750 which is brilliant. can we try and match it this year PLEASE?
