As you might know, I will be running the ING Amsterdam Marathon on Sunday the 19th of October. I’ve chosen to raise money for the Pancreatic Cancer charity in honour of a close family member who was recently diagnosed. Unfortunately, this form of cancer has some of the lowest rates of survival and currently there is not much that can be done in terms of treatment. Hopefully the money that we raise can help fund further research in order to find a cure.
