We use art and science to generate funding to help people with neurological conditions

Story

For the third year in a row, I will be running a 5k for Movement for Hope. During the run, I will help push the wheelchair of Chris D'Souza. Chris is a patient-advocate at Movement for Hope and has Multiple Sclerosis. We will show that experiences such as running a 5k should be fully accessible regardless of one's body ability.

Movement for Hope is a non-profit organisation that raises awareness and funding for people disabled by neurological conditions by organising art-science events.

The donations from this run will help support those affected by neurological and spinal cord conditions by funding:

  • awareness education
  • adaptive equipment
  • research support
