Story
I will be riding an "Everest" on my singlespeed bike on 29th July 2017.
"Everesting" by bike means riding up and down the same hill repeatedly and continuously until I have climbed the equivalent height of Mt Everest, which is 8848 metres
My stretch target will be to continue on and reach the magic 10000 metre mark so I can be classed officially as a "High Rouleur".
For more info on the rules of Everesting please check here http://www.everesting.cc/
My chosen hill is the A909 out of Burntisland, Fife. Basing myself at the primary school I will need to complete approx 74 ascents to reach 10000 metres.
I am raising money for The MS Therapy Centre Lothian. This is a locally-based, grassroots charity that does lots of great stuff supporting people with Multiple Sclerosis and helps to make their lives better.
