Yes, that's me supporting my fiancee David at the London Triathlon...and (out of view) I've got the usual glass of champers in my hand!  Well, I'm still drinking champagne but I've also donned my running shoes and have been pounding the pavement in preparation for the London Marathon on April 13. 

I can run the distance but I really need your help raising much needed funds for Barnardo's.  If you can help by donating even a few pounds, it would be much appreciated and make the sweat and blisters of the last few months worthwhile.
