What a fantastic day! We completed the run on Sunday (except it was far from sunny for most of us!) in the following times:-

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page for the 2009 Great Manchester Run!

This year Neil Cook, Rob Black, Graham Turner and Dave Hursthouse from Express Gifts IT department are running in support of the Isaiah Trust.

Nicky & Tim who we work with started this registered charity back in 2001 to help children in Kenya orphaned by Aids and surviving on their own on the streets in some of the most appalling conditions imaginable... Scavenging on rubbish tips for food, subject to all kinds of physical and sexual abuse with their only comfort a glue bottle... The lives that these kids endured prior to the charity beggars’ belief but the Trust has and continues to do some amazing things for these kids... Providing outreach centres to give a safe haven, giving remedial education, setting up orphanages and foster parent programmes.  The Trust is now working hard setting up farms to establish a sustainable food program which could be self supporting over a three year period. 

The trust has helped change the lives of so many kids but there are so many more yet to help...
