Story

Please note that tickets for tthe boat are now SOLD OUT. Tickets for the London Eye can now only be booked by couples at £20.00 per couple. To book this, please contact dance@ba-londoneye.com or phone 0870 443 7985. Please note that making a donation on this site does not represent purchasing a ticket.

You are invited to a truly unique charity event. Be the first to experience dancing at 135 metres above London on the British Airways London Eye. During your 30 minute night-time flight, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Capital as you dance to your favourite dance tracks piped into each capsule. Each capsule is air conditioned with a smooth floor surface and plenty of room for 4-6 couples.

After the flight on the London Eye, you will board the stunning Silver Sturgeon boat moored at the London Eye pier for a sparkling champagne cocktail reception. The evening will start with an advanced class with UK National Blues Champions, Howard and Nicola before Ceroc DJs Eric and Mas spin your favourite dance tunes for a night of freestyle dancing until 1am, as you cruise past some of London's most famous landmarks.

The Silver Sturgeon is the most glamorous boat on the river and recreates the atmosphere of a 1930s transatlantic cruising with art deco styling. The boat's entire surface will be covered with a dance floor giving room for 300 dancers plus there is seating for 100 in cosy window-side booths. If the weather is good, you can even dance on the boat's top deck!

All proceeds during the evening will go to Whizz-Kidz (registered charity number 802872), which changes the lives of disabled children so that they can live their lives to the full. Raffle tickets will be on sale during the night for £1.00 with a top prize of a pair of tickets flying on British Airways to New York!
