Last month we received the news that my Mum has breast cancer.  It's always devastating to hear, but the impact on her is obviously worse.  She will beat it, she'll get through her surgeries, she's the strongest woman I know, but its not easy.

I felt helpless. I cant make her better or cheer her up, keep her going when she's low, like she has for me too many times, so I had to find another way to channel it.

So... I'm going to do 3 classes at F45 Chelmsford  back to back, wearing as much pink as possible and encourage as many of my F45 family to do the same.  Supporting me (both in the pic and in 3 classes) is Gavin D, Sara M and Adrian C...!  

Anyone who has seen an F45 class will know how tough it will be....but not as tough as fighting  cancer!
