Hello All!

Building on my success of cycling from London to Brussels in 2018, I'll be handcycling from Milan to Venice over 3 days covering nearly 300 miles to raise money for Regain, a wonderful charity which helps Tetraplegics live a more independent and fulfilling life. 

Cycling has been such an important part of my life. Its helped me express myself and engage with this world. After breaking my neck in a climbing accident in 2004, I never thought I would experience the adventures and friendships again that my mountaineering expeditions had once given me. Regain, introduced me to this world of handcycle touring, and since then i've never looked back!
