After a minor setback in my training, I am now far enough along to know I will make it to line up with 000's of others at the London Marathon on 26th April.  Ignoring Doctor's orders to powerwalk instead of run for my training to prevent further injury (and ridicule) this is without doubt my one and only attempt at a marathon.
