I was diagnosed with Essential Thrombocythemia (ET) a year ago.  It has been a difficult year coming to terms with this diagnosis and what it means for the rest of my life.  The MPD Voice charity has been an invaluable source of information and support and I want to give something back to them so that they can carry on their great work supporting, informing, researching treatments and perhaps one day finding a cure.

Those of you who know me well, know that for me to run any more than a bath is a strange phenomenon to say the least.  However, I'm determined to do this challenge, and to do it well!
