Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the First Capital Connect Three Peaks Challenge fundraising page. The two teams participating are:

Team 1: Neal Lawson (Managing Director), Stephen MacCallaugh (SSM, TL North), Charlotte James (PA to Engineering & Finance Directors), Lorna Bowers (Financial Accountant)

Team 2: John Herriot (Driver Manager, Brighton), Fiona McKie (Uniform Co-ordinator, Luton), Darren Carmody (Resource Co-ordinator, King's Cross), Paul Harris (IS Service Delivery Manager)

We are supporting the Railway Children charity in their efforts to support vulnerable children by competing in this great event over the 24 - 26 June, when we'll climb the three highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales - Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon. We've committed to raising at least £3,500 per team (£7,000 in total) for the Railway Children and we really value your support.

Many thanks to all our off-line sponsors as well for your generous support: Railway Pension Scheme (£500); FCC (£1,000); Wabtech (£150); Independent Glass (£500); Atos Origin (£500); Media Edge (£100); Brunswick Group (£250); Eversholt Rail (£500); Associated Rewinds (£500); Railcare Ltd (£500); Porterbrook (£500); Railpart UK (£250); Paula Murphy (£100); Kadfire (£500).

Railway Children fight for vulnerable children who live alone on the streets, where they suffer abuse and exploitation. We provide protection and opportunity for children with nowhere else to go and nobody to turn to.
