Thanks to all who have donated so far. Old friends and new, colleagues and business associates, you have really helped.
Please help me to make a real difference
In time honoured history of senior staff working on Informa’s Cargo Titles, including Lloyds Loading List, Containerisation International, IFW and Cargo Systems, I’m pleased to be exerting myself in the name of charity.
In February 2011 I aim to trek to the summit of the world’s highest freestanding mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro. In doing the climb I aim to raise £15,000 for the Charity Transaid to help them save and improve lives across Africa and the developing world.
So here’s how you can help me to make a real difference:
1. Corporate sponsorship – if you represent a company or organisation, you could sponsor me for a minimum of £350 and I’ll ensure your company logo and web address are promoted to a potential 40,000 freight logistics professionals through blog pages and updates on www.ifw-net.com (plus I’ll wear your logo on my tshirt/jacket) – I’ll give you exclusive hat sponsorship for £750
2. Personal Sponsorship – if you are kind enough sponsor me from your own pocket I’ll be very grateful of whatever you can spare.
