25-28th June 2009, Bike Ride to raise funds for Findon Village School!

John Roche and Jon Pope, our Vice-Chair and Chair of Governors, successfully rode the 102 mile South Downs Way off-road, across the heart of the newly created South Downs National Park from Eastbourne to Winchester.

They raised money to support much needed improvements to the teaching areas and accommodation at St John the Baptist CofE (Aided) Primary School in Findon, West Sussex (see the school website at www.st-john-baptist.w-sussex.sch.uk). The target is £2000, enough to provide new equipment for the Food Technology Room.
