On October 4 this year I will be running The Great Clarendon Marathon in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust http://home.btconnect.com/R2D2/clarendon/ .   

 

This is a hilly cross country marathon - roads are for the weak!!

 

Some will recall my efforts in Newcastle last year where I raised a fantastic £2,000 with much thanks from me to many of you!

As many of you will also recall I run for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust as a very good (and remarkable I may say) friend of mine has CF and anything I can do to forward research in this area is very personal to me.

 

Please note, BP will match any funds raised, and for the tax payers amongst you your tax will also be put against your donation.
