Already using JustGiving? Quickly register on Toucan Collect using your JustGiving account, to start receiving tap-to-pay direct donations. Donors can add Gift Aid, and we’ll process this if we’re your Gift Aid agent.
Safe and secure payments
Accept all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Get your money through JustGiving’s secure payment processing alongside your other donations. See these in your JustGiving Reports and Toucan Collect Dashboard.
Your charity’s branding

Yes! Donors can scan a QR code on the confirmation screen to add Gift Aid to their donation. This data is pushed through to JustGiving enabling us to include the donation details in a subsequent gift aid submission to HMRC.
A 5% JG processing fee will be deducted from every donation.
Goals & Amounts:
- Donation Amounts: The donation amounts that appear for the donor can be chosen.
- Choose Amount: Choose to allow donors to select their own donation amount.
- Goal: Set a target goal for the campaign.
Branding:
- Colours: Primary and secondary colours can be chosen for the campaign.
- Logo: The same logo used on JustGiving will be used in your Toucan Collect app. This can also be updated directly within your dashboard.
- Background: Add a background image of your choice for more personalisation.
