“IN AID OF” DONATIONS
Your fundraisers can get contactless donations too
Make it just as easy for your fundraisers to collect donations in aid of your charity. Fundraisers can connect their Fundraising Page using the Toucan JustGiving app, then get donations on your behalf.

The monthly fee is £9.95 + VAT per license (device). Monthly fees only apply when donations exceed £12.
The default processing fee is 5% which will be deducted from the donation amount.
It is free for fundraisers to download the app and connect their Fundraising Page to Toucan JustGiving to receive tap to pay donations.
Donors have the option to leave a voluntary contribution to help keep the app free and ensure the charity receives 100% of the donation. If donors choose not to leave a voluntary contribution, the following amount will be deducted from the donation before it’s paid to the charity:
- £5 or lower = 50p
- £5.01 – £19.99 = £1
- £20-£49.99 = £2
- £50 and above = £5
Toucan Giving have built an app for JustGiving fundraising from the ground up (using a new payment processor). Any JustGiving charity onboarded with Toucan Collect have been migrated over to Toucan JustGiving so they can benefit from the new features.
