Firstly, thank you so much to everyone that sponsored me for last year’s BUPA Manchester run.  Together we raised over £1200 for the British Heart Foundation.  A fitting tribute to Frank.

Once again l will be running the BUPA Manchester 10k, to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, but more importantly, in the Memory of Frank Ward.

Please give whatever you can, with every penny making a massive difference to those living with heart illnesses.
