Last year I upped the challenge by swimming 44 miles. This year, I aim to travel as many miles as I can by swimming, cycling, running and walking. Any distances will be tracked and evidenced using my fitness tracker and this does not include daily steps etc. 

As everyone was so generous last year, I aim to mainly sponsor myself but if anyone is happy to donate you are very welcome to. 

Every eight hours someone is paralysed by a Spinal Cord Injury and Aspire provides the essential equipment, advice, housing and grants that spinal cord injured people need to live their lives independently. This is a big challenge, but the more I raise, the more of a difference I'll make, so please be generous!
