Since Frankie was 15 she had been silently fighting with depression, Now for someone who has been in the public eye since the age of 12 that must of been tough. If you suffer with this yourself you know its not easy to ask for help. Since Frankie released her story of her battle she became a ambassador for the charity MIND.  Frankie is using her public status to create a much needed awareness of these problems, and to make sure that everyone knows that they don’t need to fight these things alone thanks to the wonderful work by MIND. The support that Frankie received from her family, friends and indeed us The Saturdays fans made a huge difference to her. It’s important that people don’t suffer in silence and get the help and support that they really need. So lets continue on supporting Frankie.
