What's that sound? Oh yes, it is the sound of you falling off your chair at the prospect of me or Mike running a whole 10K without stopping for a pint!

As always, there is motivation in our efforts - Mike's grandfather being diagnosed with cancer for the second time. This is our proactive and positive contribution.
