Free Radio listeners are so generous, we already know this because of all the support you've given to local charities over recent years. So, fancy doing a bit more? This year we're not asking you to walk, instead we're asking you to simply give something up to help make a difference to children living in Coventry and Warwickshire who are less fortunate than us. 

With your help we hope to raise £10,000 to support two incredible local charities - Zoe's Place and Molly Olly's Wishes. Here's how it works.. 

1. Choose one luxury that you regularly enjoy - driving to work, a posh coffee, that naughty cake or even your crafty smoke

2. Give it Up - Just for one day

3. Whatever money you save, donate it here. 

It really is that simple. Do it just once, or do it for even longer if you like. And, tell a mate too, there more people that Give It Up, the more money we'll raise.

Molly Olly's Wishes

The Money raised will help support children and their families in the community who need additional help beyond that given by the NHS and it's supporting bodies. Molly Olly's Wishes aims to provide emotional and financial support so that some of the burdens of living with a terminal or life threatening illness can be eased. 

Zoe's Place Baby Hospice

Zoe's Place Baby Hospice provides wonderful 'home from home' environments for babies and infants aged from birth to five years old who have life-limiting or life threatening conditions.

As the only baby specific hospices in the UK, Zoe's Place Trust offers palliative, respite and end of life care and ongoing support to families.
