Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 31st May I'm going to cycle 100km in a day in and around Barry to raise money for Ty Hafan. I've got just under 2 weeks to train up as the furthest I've ever ridden so far is 53km in a day. 

I'll track my ride with Strava. Anyone who knows me has already got bored of my daily Strava posts on Facebook so I thought I would put it to good use and try to raise some money. 

£1000 is a drop in the ocean but I hope it can help make a difference for someone.
