Homelessness has become a national crisis, and it’s hitting London hard. Every day, 1 in 53 people across the capital wake up without a safe, secure home. I am taking part in Urban Rush on Sunday 6th October so every drop of sweat, every mile run, and every penny raised will make a difference. 

I try and do a new challenge each year but this year I hadn't planned to do any fundraising. I wanted to challenge myself so I have decided to raise money for two charities. Shelter and Cancer Research UK.

I am doing 12 endurance events in 12 months. The month of October I'll be taking part in the Urban Rush 15 miler across London. Here's what I've done and what's to come:

July: Chase the Sun Hyde Park 10k - 24th July 2019 (Completed)
August: Rock 'n' Roll Dublin Half Marathon - 8th August (Completed)
September: 3 Peaks Challenge - 6th September (Completed in 24 hours)
September: Great North Run - 8th September (Completed)
October: Urban Rush London 15 miler - 6th October (Completed)
November: Richmond Park Half Marathon - 10th November
December: Finsbury Park 10k - 7th December
