I first got involved with the Not Forgotten in 2020 where I provided medical cover for one of their events. Since then I have provided medical cover for their drive in concerts across the country as well as the march to the cenotaph. I have not only seen the vast amount of people that The Not Forgotten support, but experienced the joy that is spread through each and every one of their events. 

The Not Forgotten charity support military personnel from all services and walks of life. They provide events for wounded serving personnel and disabled veterans, which improve physical and mental health, address isolation and loneliness, and promote a sense of community and balance. This enables beneficiaries to live a normal, if not better life
