We hope you had a lovely Christmas. 2021 has been another tough year and sadly for the 2nd year running we cannot host our traditional New Years Day Dip. As you know this event is when hundreds of us join together and wish the new year in by having  a refreshing dip and experience the benefits of cold water dipping on Aberavon beach. 

Last year In the absence of the NYD Dip - we wanted to still have some fun and still raise funds and we all joined in a New Years Day Ice Bucket challenge -  you didnt even have to leave your house and had fun by nominating friends and family and we raised over £3,000 - thank you for your enthusiasm and support for taking part.

Good news is THE ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE IS BACK again for another year!!!

Rules are simply:

• Film yourself having a bucket of ice cold water poured over your head
• Nominate 2 others to do the same 
• Donate £10 or an amount of your choice (don’t forget to add just giving if you are eligible!)

• BEST YOUTH VIDEO -  1 year free club swimming worth £320
