PIPS Charity is here to provide support to individuals who are considering, or who have at some point considered, ending their own lives. We also provide support to those families & friends who have been touched by suicide. Northern Ireland has one of the highest rates of suicide in the UK. Through our work and "planting the seeds of hope". We aim to reduce the number of suicides and help those who are contemplating suicide. By taking part in our 10,000 steps a day challenge in March, you can help us to continue supporting those who now more than ever need it.
