a massive motivator is only part of the story. It’s about awareness of what these great charities do in terms of supporting families and loved ones through their own fights, it needs celebrating and getting out there despite wishing in part they never needed to exist.  

It also about generating awareness for those conditions and challenges that my Team are going through;
Do you know what NF1 is? Do you know what the charity Sands is about?

It’s also a very personal journey for each of us doing 4P4R.
We aren’t athletes, we are a team of normal blokes trying to do something, which for us is a real challenge. we are doing it for those who are starting, going through or have neared the end of their challenges, win or lose. It’s our way of fighting back.
