Marie Curie is here for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. Whatever the illness, wherever you are, we’re with you to the end. We bring 75 years of experience and leading research to the care we give you at home, in our hospices and over the phone.

Story

503 Miles. 7 Days. 4 Friends. 1 Great Cause. Can we and Marie Curie count on you? We hope so! 4 of us (David Harris, Chris Horton, Stuart Fox and James White) met at Plymouth University some 28 years ago and we have been friends ever since! After the death of Jim's mum recently, we decided we wanted to challenge ourselves and raise money that can help others who are in need of help. The nurses and the team at Marie Curie provide nursing care to those who are at the final stages of their life and we know the work they do is so valuable to so many families who are going through the trauma of losing a loved one. On Saturday 2nd July, we will start a 503 mile cycle ride which will take us on the route of the NC500 in Scotland. We will complete the ride in 7 days and climb over 33,000 ft during that time! A tough challenge but one which we would love you to support. Your donation will make a HUGE difference to families who need the support of a Marie Curie nurse. Thank you for your donation. Every £ matters.
