Hello everyone.

My name is Mike and last year I raised some money for charity by looking like a bit of a pillock for a month. 

This year the idea was raised that myself and my housemates would combine forces to make for one big movember push, and after around a week of ritually bullying Chris until he agreed, have set up this page in order to take money from you. 

Myself (Ginger Stalin), James Foley (Handlebar), Chris Kent (The Beckham) and Tom Penson (He's Out Kayaking Ask Him When He Gets Back) are each growing a different "style" of moustache in a bid to raise money for a charity that's close to all of our hearts.

Over the last year we have sadly lost two friends of 50 The Knoll, Ealing. Joe Williams and Alex Wheeler were far too young for what happened to them, and the decision was made that as a house we would do what we could to raise money for their respective charities. 

So this is what we propose, we are raising money for C-R-Y, or Cardiac Risk in the Young through this Movember page on justgiving. Please give generously because they are a great charity that are raising awareness and funding screening facilities in order to hopefully prevent what happened to Joe happening to others. 

If we hit our target of £500 we will also each donate £25 to The Emily Ash Trust. This is a charity that put a lot into improving the lives of children suffering with cancer and was very close to Alex's heart so if you happen to have any spare cash in your wallets after donating to this page then please do give them a look. We'd have loved to have split our donation down the middle but this isn't a service Justgiving provide, and I know I certainly plan to do some more fundraising for them down the line so get on it! 

We will be updating this page weekly with more Mo pics, and I'm sure all four of us will be promoting the hell out of it on facebook so please do keep checking back.
