29/10, Trek all done & i have to say there was more climbing than i thought. Now about to embark on on an over night train back to Delhi before getting a bus to Agar.
Training today on the hills in Winchester. up st giles hill folllowed with a walk along the river bank to ascend St Catherines hill using the steps. followed with lunch over looking Winchester before our descent down the paths into town via the cathedral.

Training is going well for both Amy and myself as well as lost pounds I weight with support from local weight watchers leaders. 

007 Bond casino night went well raising £507 from the casino table & raffle.
