Story
I'm going to be running around DW Stadium constantly for 75 Miles in ONE day on Wednesday 30th September!
I've ran back-to-back Marathons & also ran 53 Miles to Leeds this year!
This is for an amazing mental health charity in CALM, the biggest killer of men under the age of 45 is suicide & 18 men take their own life every single day & it just doesn't need to be happening.
Let's all release the stigma together guys, that it's okay not to be okay.
I'll complete this even if it kills me, i'm doing for everyone out there who is struggling.
