Hello!

My name is Abigail and I'm nearly one year old. I'm allergic to cows milk, soya, wheat, egg, apples and pears. If I eat them I'm very poorly but as long as I don't I'm a happy, smiley, healthy little girl.

When my mummy first found out about my allergies she wasn't sure what to feed me but now she cooks me lots of yummy food.

Allergy UK are a charity that look after lots of children and adults like me. They're organising a free from feast on 12th June. I'm at nursery that day but I'm hoping some of my friends will be able to join me for a picnic in the park on the 11th. Me and mummy will also have lots of free from treats for our friends all through June. We want to show you how much we have to think about what I can eat but also that I still get to have yummy food. Hope thst lots of you will join in and if you could make a small (or big!) donation to Allergy UK me and mummy will be very grateful.
