I am running the Bupa 10K in London for The Alzheimer's Society in memory of my Granddad (Jim).

Alzheimer’s is something that my Granddad suffered with. He passed away in 2013 aged 76 due to the illness and he is immensely missed by all his family.

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of Dementia. It is a progressive illness with no cure. It affects the individual’s memory, ability to think and their language. My family know first-hand its devastating effects. Any donation you can give can help other families that have the misfortune of having a loved one diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
