* We have received confirmation that my daughter Poppy will be able to do the second half... 10k and 30 obstacles!!! Will was Poppy’s Godfather and she has been helping me all the way with support and training. 

On Saturday the 5th of October, I challenging myself to complete the Nottingham Rat Race. I've opted for the full 20k and 60 obstacles, I thought the more pain I go through the more gain £££ MONEY I was likely to raise.... in memory of our dear friend Will. 

All monies raised will go directly to the North Staffs Mind charity, an amazing organisation where staff and volunteers work tirelessly to deliver local mental health services, providing information, support, and treating people with experience of mental distress fairly, positively and with respect.

Now in its 12th year, the Rat Race Survival of the fittest is the longest running 10km obstacle running series anywhere in the World and I'm doing 2 laps!
