In memory of Rowan Sollitt
We support young people at risk of suicide to stay safe and find hope in times of need

Story

In 2016 we lost one of our closest friends, Rowan. On the 4th of September, I will be cycling the Way of the Roses cycle route from Morecambe to Bridlington in memory of Rowan. I aim to finish the 274km route in a day with an early start in Morecambe and a late finish in Bridlington.

I will be raising money for PAPYRUS who are the national charity for the prevention of young suicide. Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK, in 2018 over 1800 young people took their own lives. PAPYRUS provides confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone worried about a young person through their helpline, HOPELINEUK. Every £5 raised can help pay for a life-saving contact to HOPELINEUK. Your donations really are lifesaving, thank you.
