As you know, after running the Amsterdam marathon in 2008, I swore I would never do another one.  But, due to overwhelming public demand, I have been persuaded to trudge 26 miles and 385 yards again.  It's for a good cause, so even if you don't like me very much (and, let's face it, who could blame you), please do consider making a donation to the MS Society, which is a great cause.
